Should I train if I’m carrying an old injury?
If you have injuries you may still be able to participate in our classes. Our instructors will assess your ability to complete the tasks. You are our number one priority. We will change & modify an exercise or give you an alternative method to use to avoid the injured area.
When can I start classes?

Where are the classes?
Dates, times, locations and resources can be customised to fit in to your requirements and a full program can be developed to meet your personal fitness goals. We regularly used Broadbeach, Pratten Park for our morning sessions.
What is the cost?
Group Sessions – $15 Per Person (Minimum 4 People)
Private One-On-One Session - from $55.00
