You can choose not only to participate in a Standard Group Fitness Class, you may wish to enrol in the Group Fitness & Self Defense Classes. Not only will you be exercising specific muscle groups to tone and strengthen you will be learning defensive techniques that could potentially save you or your loved-one’s life along the way. We train out-doors, delivering our specially designed courses. Don’t get board doing a plain old boot camp. Come along and learn some real-life defense skills and enjoy knowing you are not only burning some calories equipping your body with the necessary skills to warn off a potential attacker.
